The practical operational core of Rara Avis Academy. We bridge rigorous stage training with real-world execution through our structured pipeline: Performance Training, the Rara Avis Performance Test (RAPT), and the Performance Circuit Tour (PCT).

The Practical Progression Pipeline

Artists complete our core Performance Training Course to build essential stage mechanics. Successful graduates are then invited to audition during our call for RAPT. Top performers from RAPT advance to the PCT circuit to execute live public showcases.

Practical Progression Stages

1. Performance Training Course

Showcase-focused operational training designed to condition artists for live stage presence, physical delivery, and real-time performance mechanics under professional production standards.

Core Training Focus:

Stage Conditioning & Presence: Physical space command and audience engagement.
Vocal & Delivery Mechanics: Microphone technique and live stamina maintenance.
Setlist Sequencing: Professional pacing from opening notes to grand finale.

2. RAPT (Rara Avis Performance Test)

An intensive evaluation phase. Following successful completion of the training course, invited applicants participate in official audition calls designed to test real-time stage readiness and execution under pressure.

3. PCT (Performance Circuit Tour)

Our collective local tour execution framework. Successful RAPT candidates are selected to perform in high-visibility public spaces and major fairs, connecting directly with live audiences across our active touring circuit.
